I design learning experiences that prioritize problem solving and real-world application. Adult learners are self-directed and motivated to gain practical knowledge they can immediately apply in their work. With this in mind, I create trainings that intentionally build on learners’ prior knowledge and empower learners to become skill-masters.​ My goal is for learners to leave feeling confident and empowered to apply new skills in their daily work. 

 

I have a master's degree in education in training and development and 6+ years in higher education. But I never stop learning! Adult education continues to evolve rapidly, particularly with the growth of AI and emerging technologies every year. I'm committed to ongoing learning so I can design relevant, effective, and high-quality learning experiences that meet the changing needs of adult learners.
