Online Training Storyline

I worked with on a team to develop content for a client on the topic of non-profit fundraising and donor engagement. Our final presentation culminated in a slide deck with suggested narration scripts for an online learning module that the client would send to their developer to implement in their LMS system. During the content development process, I conducted a key SME interview, synthesized the secondary research conducted by the team and analyzed the research for key themes, and I developed the content for the section on CRM usage in nonprofit financial management. Further, I played a key role in communicating with the client and answering questions during the final deliverable meeting. This example highlights my ability to work with a client from project conception to delivery. I have included the scripts I wrote for this project.
