Training Storyboard

This is an example of a storyboard I developed for an in-person training to communicate the timing, learning objectives, and key steps to fellow trainers. The storyboard shows my ability to breakdown complex topics into digestible chunks with clear learning objectives. Further, it highlights my style of training in which I work to incorporate multiple ways of communicating information, reflective exercises to reiterate key takeaways, and opportunities for learner participation to integrate at least Level 1, 2, and some of 3 of the Kirkpatrick levels of evaluation.
